As a Vendor for DVR we're honored to support participants who have a wide range of skills and ambitions. Some are preparing for their first jobs, others are building careers in retail, custodian work, business, technology, the arts, and more. Wherever someone is starting from, we focus on practical steps that build confidence and momentum.

Our tutors and mentors bring more than expertise. Many have navigated big changes in their own lives, like new careers, disability, or a shift in how they learn and work; some, like me, have gone through the DVR system. That experience shapes how we show up: with respect, patience, and a strong belief in each person’s ability to grow.

We stay aligned with DVR because access matters. The right support, when it’s simple, collaborative, and tailored, can make a real difference for anyone working toward their goals.
